IP Address

When you visit our website, your IP address is recorded in our server logs, but immediately pseudonymised by masking the last 8 bits. As a result, only a rough localization is possible. The server log data is stored with us for a period of 30 days.

Online shopping

If you cancel the shopping process before completing it, no data will be saved by us. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (seven years). The data name, address, purchased goods, purchase date and payment method are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
